TRFExperiment.show_models(term=None, stim=True, rand=True, model=None, sort=False, files=False, abbreviate=True)

List models that contain a term that matches term

Parameters:

  • term (str) – Fnmatch pattern for a terms.

  • stim (bool) – Also include terms with a stimulus prefix.

  • rand (bool) – Also show models that contain term randomized.

  • model (str) – Pattern to display only certain models.

  • sort (bool) – Sort terms (default False).

  • files (bool) – List the number of files associated with the model.

  • abbreviate (bool) – Abbreviate models with names from models.
